Today was about comfort, ease, and something warm enough to battle the library's goosebump-invoking air conditioner. Seriously...it SNOWED today and we had the air conditioner on? What?
Today...was the AP test.
I've been in AP English all year, absorbing every word, allusion, and bit of syntax in everything classic lit. The Scarlet Letter, Moby Dick, All the Pretty Horses, The Crucible, Anne Frank, everything, and now it's sadly, finally, coming to culmination. Fifty-five multiple choice questions, three free-response essays; four hours of hand cramps. This sounds weird, like I'm into medieval torture or something, but it was SO worth it. I'm definitely excited to see how I fared against the Advanced Placement poetry, antithesis, and dangling participles...wish me LUCK.
Going shopping Saturday. Neeeeed retail therapy. And to people-watch with an original Orange Julius in my hand. The best kind of therapy.
